 How to use

To enjoy a wonderful nights sleep, shake the bottle well before use. Spray 2-6 times, depending on the desired scent intensity, around the room, on your bed or clothes to enjoy our wonderful spray. Be cautious with delicate fabrics of surfaces.

Store our oils safely, dark and dry, out of reach of children and pets. If accidentally ingested, seek medical assistance immediately.

For returns of unused items, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. To get started, either log into your Novizou account and request a refund or reach out to us by sending an email to info@novizou.com. Ensure that the item is returned in its original condition with an unbroken seal. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 10 business days.
