Frequently Asked questions

Scented Candles that are made with natural ingredients are free of harmful and toxic chemicals, unlike parrafine candles. Not only is it better for your environment, the natural wax is much more efficient at spreading essential oils through the room.

A Novizou Scented Candle burns approximately 22 hours. We do advise to extinguish the candle after the initial 4 hours of burning so the wax can harden again.

No this is not safe. We strongly recommend extuingishing all candles before going to sleep.
